We welcome people across all job roles, levels and experiences within the Administrative Management field. This has seen our membership grow to include a breadth of roles including PAs, EAs, VAs, Office Managers, Administrators, Administrative Managers, Project Co-ordinators and more. This provides an excellent opportunity for our members to network with people working in their profession.
IAM membership specifically considers your skills, experiences and knowledge to give you professional recognition of your competency. If you are studying a relevant course or qualification then you may be eligible to join as a student member; if it is one of our accredited courses then you may be eligible for six months for free

A Level 4+ qualification in a relevant field.
At least three years in a role where your duties involve professional administration, and/or administrative management AND a minimum of one year being a management role.
At least three years in a PA/EA (or similar) role where your duties involve professional administration, and/or administrative management AND with a minimum of one year working for a senior manager.
FEES: £85 p.a.
A Level 6+ qualification in a relevant field.
Evidence of a significant contribution to the fields of professional administration and/or
At least ten years in a managerial role where your duties involve professional administration, and/or administrative management AND a minimum of three years being in a senior/strategic role.
At least ten years in a PA/EA (or similar) role where your duties involve professional administration, and/or administrative management AND with a minimum of three years working to a senior manager.
